U.S. issued World MasterCard and Canadian Visa Card Auto Rental Insurance may allow you to waive the cost of Theft Protection and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for car rental in Ireland. However this cover is ONLY available with certain MasterCard’s issued by US banks and some Canadian Visa card programs. This coverage is a service provided by MasterCard/Visa Canada to their cardholders and therefore it is the card holder’s responsibility to ensure that they are adequately covered for the entire rental period. Parking–Speeding Fines |

Lost Keys |
|
Because all modern car keys are chip encoded they are expensive to replace, in the unlikely event of key loss the main driver will be liable for replacement costs. Please note that cars cannot be stolen without the key therefore it is important that keys are kept in a safe place. |

Baby Seats |
|
| Baby seats and booster seats are available on request and should be booked when reserving your car. Our baby seats are forward facing and are suitable for children aged from 9 months up to 4 years depending on the size of the child. Our booster seats are suitable for children aged from 2 years up to 8 years. Both are charged at € 6 per day |
C.D.W. |
|
Collision Damage Waver is an option that limits your financial liability for damage to an Atlas Car. If you have chosen a rate that excludes CDW you are liable for the full value of the car. If you chose a rate that includes CDW Insurance- this cover reduces your financial liability for damage caused to the vehicle from the full value of the vehicle to the value of the excess which will apply at all times, ranging from € 900 to € 1800 depending on the vehicle type.

Super Damage Waver |
|
If you chose a rate that includes CDW you may want to purchase additional cover, Super Damage Waver Insurance (SDW) reduces your limited liability in case of damage to the Atlas car. SDW reduces your excess liability of € 900 to zero at a cost of € 12 per day for most cars. On luxury cars and people carriers the excess liability is € 1500 and can be reduced to €0 for a charge of € 15 per day. |
| Fuel Policy |
|
For your convenience your car will be provided with a full tank of fuel at a discounted charge. This method eliminates the need for you to refuel the tank prior to returning. If you chose to return with a full tank your credit card will be refunded the appropriate amount. Please note that cash refunds are not possible.

| One Way Rentals |
|
One way rentals are allowed between all branches when rentals are of a 3 day minimum. The charge for renting in Dublin and returning to Cork or vice versa is €60. One way rentals are permitted to Belfast International Airport for €136.20.
